About this event: Improv to Improve Dementia Care for Caregivers
Caring for someone with dementia can be both meaningful and challenging. Improv to Improve Dementia Care is a three-part interactive workshop designed to support caregivers with practical tools, fresh perspective, and a sense of connection. In a welcoming and supportive space, you’ll build confidence and learn simple, effective strategies you can use right away in your daily caregiving.
Through hands-on activities, you’ll discover how to respond with compassion, stay present in difficult moments, and create calmer, connection, and even joy. This workshop also offers a chance to reduce stress, prevent burnout, and strengthen meaningful relationships with those you care for.
This is your time, to learn, connect, and feel supported in the important work you do.
Together, we are Aging Strong.
We look forward to seeing you!
